I'm currently taking Creatine, Omega 3 Fish Oil and Multivitamins.

I'm about to buy some Zinc and Beta Carotene as well.

Are there any other supplements that you should be taking?

magnesium citrate is worth using, high percentage of population is deficient. Affects testosterone, cortisol, and energy levels

L-theanine is solid when paired with caffeine
most people are deficient in magnesium so maybe consider that.
don't take calcium with your zinc btw, your multi-vit probably has it.
people say you need copper if you take zinc, i'm not sure if that's true or not though.
L-carnitine and nitrates if you're gymmaxxing
L-tryptophan is good for sleep

Most supplements are bullshit though, only take if you actually need.

What does sam-e actually help with?
It helps MTHFR issues towards the end of the chain but doesn't decrease homocysteine. SAM-e is important for brain health and DNA methylation. It's the active form of methionine. Taking Trimethylglycine (Betaine) would fix more issues with your MTHFR and reduce homocysteine and increase SAM-e levels too by acting as a catalyst for the homocysteine -> SAM-e conversion. You should take methylfolate, methylcobalamin and trimethylglycine and p5p to treat a poor MTHFR rather than taking SAM-e. Taking SAM-e isn't going to lower your homocysteine.

trimethylglycine = a compound that helps treat hypomethylation through its catalyst-like effects
methylcobalamin = active B12
methylfolate = active B9
p5p = active B6
SAM-e = active methionine which is also needed in the brain

Dna methylation

Thinking of getting it now, do you need to take folic acid with it to work

Check how your MTHFR is functioning before doing anything. What are you trying to do in the first place? If you're suffering from hypomethylation then taking TMG would be the best.

I take about 30 different supplements and about 20 drugs/medications, but that's customized for my condition and needs.

Essentials should be:
Vit D3
Fish Oil
Magnesium
Zinc
