I have like a max budget of 10K euros. I went to Dr. Joel Defrancq but people here say a lot of negative stuff about him.
During our consultation, he was very kind and made a few jokes. He did come off like a typical old boomer but not that bad. He also made a morph of how it's supposed to look like and I really liked it, even though there were a few things that still needed to be fixed afterward (chin implant + nose job). But it looked like a realistic result with around 1cm forward growth.
His diagnosis was that my face has too little forward growth, and it needs to be brought forward. Furthermore, there is canting that needs to be fixed. I asked him about my asymmetric eyes and smile, and he said that those don't really matter and that my face will look more symmetric after the jaw surgery to the point that the eyes won't be noticeable, and that an asymmetric smile isn't ugly but more of a personal trait that can look rather good.
I really like Dr. Paul Coceancig's work and he looks like a nice, blackpilled guy aswell. However, he seems expensive and I won't get any insurance money if I do it outside of Europe. Defrancq estimated the cost to be around 6/7 K Euros.
Any looksmaxx users that got Bimax surgery from somewhere else? Where did you go to and do you recommend them? Who are the best maxillofacial surgeons in Europe?
Or should I just get rhinoplasty and a chin implant?
Thanks in advance
