what surgeries are necessary

Honestly not a big fan of the idea of surgery but unfortunately seems like the only option

As of right now my mindset is the less surgeries the better. I know I need rhinoplasty and jaw angle implants, and most likely zygo implants but are any other surgeries necessary?

I’m only 17 as of a week ago and live in a place where the surgeons aren’t the greatest so IF i were to get surgery it would be late next year which i think is perfect cause ill follow all the right routines and protocols prior to surgery just so i could atleast say i tried.

bimax or if you're too scared then jaw and chin filler (or get a genio someday), slim down your nose with botox or co2 laser dont get rhino, jaw/chin implant maybe if you like filler but im not a fan of implants

just out of curiosity, why not get rhino? i was thinking of doing genio+rhino, all jaw surgeries look like hell to recover from🫩
