Well your getting masseter botox which was my first thought and make sure when you go in with fat dissolvers to pin at the canine fossa for a less compact appearance and grow your lashes and brows

Itl be easier to tell after youve done this but for now ill say commisureplasty if youre able to find a surgeon for it

Also when using aqualyx use it also at the lowest part of the cheekbone for an appearance of higher set zygos and therefore also more angularity

grow your eyebrows more and please switch up the haircut, makes your head appear longer and more blocky

keep it even on all sides, long or short it's better
