Any surgeries that lengthen the ramus and fix a bad gonial angle?

anything that fixes actual bone? I'm gonna do angle implants but I want to pair it with a surgery that fixes the actual jaw to get the best results

I mean it depends what exactly you're after to try and "fix the bone", you could try bone reconstruction, if you're slightly recessed then genioplasty, if you lack maxillary or overall jaw projection double jaw surgery could be an option (though this is expensive and hella painful, though it's a great option if you also have bite issues).

Is your maxilla downgrown or do you lack ramus ?
I have have a above average maxilla in terms of projection, but I lack ramus and gonial angle. So only downward growth in my jaw.

No.it depends tho.If your ramus is too short then you need more ramus for better gonial angle .Ccw rotation would help but it wouldn't fix the problem ig
but noneoftheless, it would lengthen the ramus and change gonial angle right?
