Fat grafting undereyes mogs, permanent results and so natural. Eliminates negative health indicators, and makes you looks slightly younger

They aren't permanent tho, I heard the fat fades away in a year.

Pretty similar here, gonna get septoplasty and either fat grafting or infra implants

Though i don’t know how Much fat grafting costs, and 15000 euros for Infras seems alot, but there aren’t many alternatives

I can get septorhinoplasty for free too so that's good

If @greycel is correct and the results are permanent I'd choose the fat grafting, implants are way too expensive compared to grafts.

Fat grafting is well worth, so is laser.. get the fractional co2 laser

I explained the difference between the 2 best lasers here

You don’t have to get it again if you keep up on good skincare, but getting it once is ideal
Then if you want, a few decades later but by then we will probably have better technologies/lasers

So the fraction laser helps with pigmented under eyes?

Perhaps, I haven’t really read deep into periorbital hyperpigmentation
But I’d assume so yeah
There are specific lasers that would help, I know that
