Chin implants or genio,
Under eye filler,
And a surgery to fix my Negative candle tilt,

All of that will hopefully Turn me into A mid htn.

Yeah, I’ve already got decent jaw width but just slight more gonion projection would make my jaw stand out a lot more

Soft features: Rhinoplasty + Buccal Fat Removal + Eyebrow transplant

Getting all this within the next 3 years

Trimax and saddled infraorbital implants in one surgery.

Then fat grafting after 6-12 months to hide the inevitable implant show and to fix my UEE. Also thinking about “BBL for Deltoid” in the same fat transfer surgery, you can read about deltoid fat injections in Eppley’s website.

I don’t have the financial wherewithal or the time to get more surgeries. It’s fine if you’re 18 with a trust fund, I’m 31 and a chronic wageslave.

All my failos will be fixed but if I’m still not happy I will probably turn to excessive steroid doses rather than trying to create haloes with more surgeries.
