I was referring to when someone tell our Surgeon there are some greycel that contacting that surgeon with irrealistico morph and requests (like with andreishev, everybody in there made thousands of stupid questions, that's that I want to avoid w my surgeon).

1. Rhinoplasty: my nose is super shit. The only surgeon I've seen with great results with my type of bulbous nose is Dr. Tas - unfortunately, the price is ridiculous. Trying to find a reasonable alternative, if I can't accomplish it until the end of the year I will go with him. Appreciate any alternative suggestions.

2. Lip Lift: 3 months after rhinoplasty, Dr. San Miguel most likely

3. (optional) 3rd small hair transplant: a bit more hairline thickness

4. (optional) a very complex and ridiculous expensive (€15k) revision otoplasty: terrible cost to benefit ratio, but this is a very specialized request which only a handful of doctors can perform. I am uncertain if I will do it.

Here is a before and after.
Before is 4 years ago with me trying not to smile too hard because of the gummy smile.
After is today post MARPE + lefort ccw impaction(3 weeks ago). I am smiling as hard as I can. My upper lip is still very numb and swollen, I think i will show a bit more teeth/gum later when i recover fully.

Ortho initially wanted to do the typical hyrax expander, but i was against it and pushed for a bone borne expander because from what I read about it, they were better.

I specifically asked for MSE, but I guess the ortho didn't trust it/have experience with it because it was something very new and there wasn't enough research on it. She was adamant that it would not work on me because i have very very dense bone and a big jaw as well as I was too old to not do SARPE.

I thought I was getting MSE untill 2 days before surgery where they showed me the expander that arrived. At that point I was like fuck it and went along.

SeptoRhinoplasty. My nose is a 3/10 though some girls, very rare and few, like the long and big roman/aquiline nose type but it's a safer bet to just make it look like a normal ass nose. After that I should be in the chad/chadlite territory if God allows I've also considered something with my chin but I've always thought that it looks small just cause my nose is absolutely massive in comparison so until that's done which will be sometime in the next few months we'll see.
