don't think your lower third is narrow. does it taper in like a short circle? you can make your face taller with downgraft bimax + vertical genio. if still wide then reduction malarplasty. masseter and temple muscle reduction via surgery is good too for this face shape. get this done asap or you will age like lesbian granny
