Since you mentioned that he was on an infraorbital surgery channel, I think he got custom infra implants. Pretty sure this fixes negative orbital vector and also makes cheekbones larger + zygomatic arch way more prominent, here's an example. Don't just take my word for it though since I'm not exactly knowledgeable on surgerymaxxing.

Listen now, Old Bones didn't do absolutely anything, not even a gram moved on his skin. At most, he did bonesmashing and used a lot of supplements like K2 and D3. It's simply crazy, you pulled that out of your ass "He probably implanted some kind of crap in his face", he's just genetically very good, something out of the ordinary, his parents are under 1.70m and man, he's literally 186cm, with that messed up, bony face.

I'm a very close friend of his, we talk every night and to be honest, I smile a lot when I see posts about him or any other guy you guys make things up about (like the albino, He didn't do anything to his face at all, just softmax)
