This guys results pretty insane, and im in a similar situation to his (much more mild) but his nose legit just went forward and his nasal bridge is higher etc.. (ik he had augmentation rhino but like how did they bring the whole nose forward)
I looked in the comments but its just random stuff with different languages, what would be needed to achieve this result?
