im 16 now so when my bone development is complete and i have some money i think a otoplasty jaw implants ( fix narrow jaw nerfing lower third ) and a rhinoplasty is all ill need i dont think i have any other issues

His ct is neutral, canthoplasty wouldnt really have high roi. and if he gets anything that increases his ct, he should get a canthopexy
