What surgeries do I need? 14Yo

I am 14 but I developed really fast so my puberty is probably going to finish soon. Don’t comment on how atrocious I am that’s the whole point of me getting surgeries. I don’t care if the surgery is “unrealistic” or not I’ll do the research on the surgeries I get told I need myself. I’m a greycel so I don’t really know what’s all wrong with my face that needs fixing except for all the broad stuff like skincare.

Idk if im tripping but the chin shape looked a little off to me so i fixed that and then fixed widows peak.
then on the front i lowered the hairline, reduced nostril flare and tried to simulate the side profile chin fix, from the front.
i think it looks better

tbh i think the chin can be fixed with a bit of filler (no surgery needed imo), and you could probably fix the widows peaks with some topical minoxidil.
And also i didnt simulate it in the morph but i think some eyebrow grooming, getting longer eyelashes, and fixing skin would all benefit you, so you're in a really good spot just a bunch of softmaxxing needed
