2 m distance between front camera and mirror with 2x zoom

What Jaw surgery do I need?
Bimax for sure, but with ccw rotation? Do I actually need lefort 2 for my midface recession or is this not bad enough, to risk it for a surgery, that is as invasive as lefort 2? Do you see my under eye orbital bone recession from the sideprofile as well? Will my nosebump go away after bimax?
many questions I know but it could help some other guys as well I think
