What surgeries do I need to achieve these lips?

I have a consultation for a corner lip lift on 8/16 to correct the downward concavity and lack of volume. Should I also get an advancement? Filler? I've noticed that filler often looks terrible.

Id never suggest surgery. Heres my advice : Scrub your lips before going out. (Gets rid of all the dirt and grime. Also makes them more red and puffy)( I just put water on a towel and scrub) . Drink more water, your lips are like a sponge. Make sure to moisturizing and use lotion. For that glossy look id recommend chapstick (plus is tastes alright when your making out)Last shave your face so your lips are more prominent much like shaving your chest would make your chest more prominent.

Also that dudes skin is on a whole other level compared to yours, his skin is the ideal color and its like glowing. Id work on that more than your lips tbh

I took Accutane and as a side effect my lips were so bad they would have cuts on them. Then I discovered this thing called cortibalm. Kinda expensive for how much your getting but its a game changer if you have dry lips.

Your lips are chillin, shave the stack and use these techniques and you will be fine. I dont think surgery is necessary your lips arnt awful.

It might be in my head. I know that I expressed this concern once before getting a cephalometric analysis done and the person analyzing my pics said that they looked fine. I'm getting surgery for something else on July 14th, so I'll just wait and see how everything looks then. I think harmony is the most important thing.
