* trying to keep the defuse thinning not become more,
* hairstyle covering the forehead a bit.
* groom eyebrows a bit tighter.

* muscle mass and neck, seems small ish. Adding somw muscle mass would not hurt

Your jaw isn't recessed. It looks like you already had bsso by the mandibular cutoff point behind the molars. A longer ramus and better chin gives the appearance of better forward growth anyways.

Nobody's hair looks like that naturally ie. perfectly intact hairline with low frontal density. Also it's wayyy too straight. Go to a surgeon who can achieve a better hairline design.

I'll be honest my guy, you don't look that bad tbh, no surgery needed for now.

However, the important stuff you need to work on:
- pluck your damn eyebrows
- start working out and gain weight, so your neck gets thicker
- do something about your haircut so it looks more groomed, use a brush more often. I am thinking shorter, or maybe grow it out so it covers your thinning
- speaking of which, use some minoxidil to improve your thinning hairs. only if minox doesnt work a hair transplant might be an option.

The advice I would give to you (if you are going natural, no surgery):

1. Your jaw needs to be wider, I recommend you to get the mastic gum. Chew on it hours a day, several times a week, and you will see improvements. It will build the muscles at your jaw, creating a more angled and masculine look.

2. Fix your hair, ASAP! Going bald is a death sentence, while you have hair, do a hair transplant! If you don't fix your hair, its over.

3. This is not necesery but thats something I have done personally. If you trim you brows slittely at the end, so it looks like the brows are positive tilted. It would make you eyes more "hunterish".

4. Train your neck. Seriously. You have a pencil neck. Men will take you less serious with a neck like that.

All these things combined, and you would probably look like the Lucifer actor. I don't think that you would end up like Chico, because of ethic taxxi. But Lucifercells do have a market, and girls have a fettish for them. I think you do have a chance. Good luck boyo
