There is some difference in the lips you can just get lip fillers and for the eyes cantho. But wtf the only real significant difference between them is the lightliging. Maybe get a lightingplasty?

Think about it logically.

I was swollen due to microneedling. You're supposed to get swollen from microneedling. It's part of the procedure. Something to do with the skin repairing itself.

"Get some sleep" is on the basis I look swollen.
