Both your jaws need advancement with slight CCW rotation if I had to put money on it.

Your side profile could stand to improve but it’s not terrible.

Don’t take my word as gospel though.

Get CBCT scans and start consulting around.

I'll give myself more time to think about it.
I have to prepare for my final exams anyway, but after that I'll get scans done and look around for surgeons.

No it only works well for adding width and angularity

You need work with osteotomy first

I think you'd need premolar extractions to have more room for BSSO, you could do 10-12mm easily with that

Also you should have ANS graft because your ANS is very recessed , along big maxillary downgrafting movements like 4mm+ because your paranasal is sunken just like me and these two procedures are basically almost LF2 results from a custom LF 1 by giving you whole midface more support

4mm+ LF 1 of course also

Regular sliding genio with height width and sagittal

Then come back 1-2 years later to get jaw implants and then only access wether you'd need cheekbones infra malar implants

Yes I agree. CCW looks pretty limited here.

No 10-11 mm is just fine

You'd regret not doing more later on

Your ANS is short and recessed , you certainly have flat midface and sunken paranasal along recessed lower maxilla

Doing LF 1 alone won't fix your recession in midface , you will also need big downgrafting movements. Problem is by making only big downgrafting the soft tissue then lost support due to overstretched and lack of ANS cause very deep nasolabial folds and flat long philtrum

You want ANS graft all along LF 1 to prevent your soft tissue from sagging and philtrum area getting smooth and plump instead of flat and long
