What surgeries do i need?

Hi I look like I'm recessed from the xray scan and I'd like to correct that. Some people recommend me to start orthognathic surgery and other people recommend me to do nothing, so I don't know what would be the best option for me right now. I am still going to see a stomatologist for a more in-depth analysis of my case but I would like to know your opinions
