you don't need surgery but there are a couple softmaxxes you can do. First of all you can take minoxidil for your eyebrows cuz they slightly too far apart so you can try and get them like oussama in your pfp. Second you have sleepy eyelashes covering your outer canthus, so get a pair of scissors and cut a tiny bit of the outer eyelashes so that the outer canthus is visible and no I'm not trolling I genuinely do this and it gives you a better perceived canthal tilt. Otherwise you can always curl your eyelashes everyday but it's a pain. Third your hair is dead asf so try to get it slightly longer or at least give it some moisture and life somehow, either use oil or leave in conditioners or whatever just look up stuff. That said you're good you don't need surgery but if you genuinely wanna go overkill you can get chin filler for width not for height, to get square chin like oussama.
