tretinoin , azelaic acid , ipozinc 15%, topical minoxidill 5%, urea 10% and dexpanthenol (for lips only), and repping me

Nah you can Take that also under consideration, but i would advise you to also get some professionel advice from someone who knows what he is doing

definitely bimax and canthoplasty as well as custom Malar implants for example to even out the asymmetry on your middle face.

You need a very good bimax, maybe some down graft too so your lip incompetence gets fixed.

Your sideprofile - soft tissue speaking, if youre not frauding - is decent so you need ccw (to get the nose straighter too and you don't have to worry about getting a rhinoplasty), slight down graft and 8 - 14 mm forward movement. Not too much because of your lip posture and you dont want too much movement you want to avoid the chimp look

Brother I genuinely thought your morphed your first picture or you have a filter on it but the right eye is lower than the left and theres clearly some bone mass missing st your orbital/midface region

Kardeşim, ilk fotoğrafını değiştirdiğini veya filtre kullandığını sandım ama sağ gözün sol gözünden daha aşağıda ve göz çukurunda/orta yüz bölgesinde kemik kütlesinin eksik olduğu açıkça görülüyor.

Okay so I aligned your head tilt to a neural position so you can better see and identify the asymmetry.

Looking closer, at the second image, you can see that your right eye is actually lower then the left - thsts why I thought you had a filter.

Theres nothing you can do to fix that except high risk, genuinely high risk surgeries but for 1-2 mm movement thats just not feasible
so don't worry about the things you can't change. Thats a total waste of time. Instead, see what you can do to sort of camouflage the asymmetry, as in make it work with your appearance and fix the failos that you can actually fix.

But Idk, Im going to ask my surgeon in a month if I dont find an answer but you would just need to tilt your head a few degrees to the left but after the jaw surgery you might do that naturally you feel me

I understand, but my friend, do you think lower jaw surgery and canthoplasty would be enough for me? My family and I have reached an agreement on these two procedures, and if I suggest another surgery to them, they won't accept it.

So, can't these two surgeries be enough to get me where I want to be? If my lower jaw is corrected, my chin will move forward anyway.

My goal isn't to become a model. I just want to be above average in terms of appearance.

And there aren't any other noticeable asymmetries on my face, right? It's just my right eye, and I don't think that's a major issue.
