What surgeries do I realistically need?

What do I realistically need for my side and front? For example I have been told a couple times that I have a narrow jaw. I look deformed apparently.

I am planning on getting brow ridge implants, canthoplasty, genioplasty and rhino plasty and alarplasty to fix my subhuman side. I have a reccesed chin and shitty nose it pisses me off. I think I have a reccesed upper maxilla idk if it's like because I have a negroid skul. Are jaw implants better then just jaw surgery in terms of quality?

Any helpful opinions or thoughts would be appreciated.

Thicker eyebrows and grow eyelashes aswell
Grow a beard to hide narrow jaw
Rhinoplasty

Damn thanks, mirin advice but wouldn't it be good to solve the jaw issue with some implants in the future rather then hiding it with a beard?

Jaw is good. Rhinoplasty for nose width, grow out hair or get an otoplasty for your flared ears. Also run test when your 18 because your not masculine at all
