Im planning to get bimax and ZSO surgeries but honestly I feel like I am neglecting my round face. I have no idea if changing the jaw or zygos will have a huge impact on the front.

are here any legit high iq cels who can tell or morph a picture of me (privately) and knows what the fuck else I have to do or what I should tell the surgeon?
