Realistically with what I can be able to afford:
Hair transplant to lower hairline and temples and maybe rhino but hair transplant is #1 priority.

Don't think for a second that a saddled infraorbital will give you the desired result. I had them, sure it improves but not to the extent that you would like. Lower eyelid retraction surgery works better. Saddle is just there to smoothen the transition between the malar part of the cheek and the eyelid.

Supras with dropdown are vastly underestimated here. I had bug eyes before them and now my eyes appear deepset and hooded. Best investment ever, even better than jaw angles IMO.
