im 17, Im not educated on surgeries at all but I would do

fat grafting
mandibular implants (Maybe after djs)
rhino
and depending on the djs maybe a genioplasty
not in order (this is also in the perfect world because im broke)

Please, someone more educated than me, tell me what I should do and what my priority should be
