this is my friend 21 year old I convinced to post himself on .org so that he can get surgery advice besides rhinoplasty and give him a ratingšŸ™

not gonna lie... somehow i can't see any surgery saving him. I'd rate him weak mtn. Sorry
 
he looks decent enough to be in an ons his nose is only failio i can see
