What surgeries fix asymmetrical lips due to trauma?

So my lips tilt to the side, was never like that until 10th grade but I got in a fight and buddy busted his watch apart on my face and it cut a big hole from my inner lip corners to my cheek, now there is a scar and my lips don’t look symmetrical, I can only see it when I look in a real mirror tho, which is where I put 2 mirrors facing each other and get a non mirrored image of myself in it, I can’t see it in non mirrored videos which leads me to believe no one else can see it either, am I being retarded?

They look symmetrical af in selfies though??? And all my selfies are non mirrored so it’s how other people see me. Wtf is this
