I’m lean but my cheeks are still round

before recurring to surgery i reccomend investigating about debloating (potassium to sodium ratio, etc).
if surgery is requiered, buccal fat removal surgery is the most common, idk if there's another one for that problem

Depends on many factors. Are you at 13-15% BF? Do you have long rami? Good zygomatic projection? A lot of this depends on bones, tbh.
