If you have a small brow ridge and have finished puberty go with implants(some people have reported results with cope methods but unless you want actual bone like me it doesn’t really matter)

Dude get to atleast 15/14 or even better is the more ideal to see even what ur rlly working with and i dont reccomend orbital decompression makes u look weird just opt for brow and infra inplants
