You don’t seem to be in need of any osteotomies, a bimax will end up making you look what people call “dogmaxxed”, and you’ll need implants to balance that out. I’d recommend getting a rhino, and if you’re that desperate for other surgery just get some high quality custom implants with a top notch surgeon. That will ascend you even harder. Nonetheless, you’re looking good
