No point in trying to improve your facial structure. Maybe you can improve from the side idk cuz no side pics.

But your features are kinda holding you back. Nose and mouth not very aesthetic. IDK about your eye area but I'm guessing you can try improve that too.

Not a super huge deal, some PSL will improve if it is made symmetrical. If your face overall Is already attractive it’s not a big deal at all

my face is attractive, got laid a lot but my lower third is shitty. so my main focus on the lower third. (no recession, double jaw etc. jaw asymetry and kinda feminine pointy chin)
i'm afraid of nose job, because if the surgeon fucked up i would ended up look gay and fake :/

I agree my zygos are low set, if I where to get Botox to lift my cheek muscle it could make them look higher set?

Also what exactly about my nose needs rhino?

And is there a specific surgery for lip width?

Nasal bridge is okay, nostrils and nasal tip are just too big, wide and nasal tip too round


commiseruplasty fixes lip corners that suffer macrostumia but it doesn't widen them, lateral commiseruplasty may however widen them, it's just not a widely practiced surgery, and causes semi prominent scars. You're basically fucked, but you can try mouth stretching. It works, but takes a long time, and your lips are super narrow and pouty which means it probably won't be enough. You also lack thickness which filler can fix


Nah botox won't fix your low zygos, just forget about zygos
