What surgeries for my eye area?

Starting to research different procedures, costs, recoveries etc of different surgeries. What makes my eyes look bad and what surgeries could be most effective?

Your lower eyelids look droopy so I'd suggest a lateral Canthopexy to tighten them and give you more compact eyes and a better tilt.

Your undereyes also look a little hollow so maybe some fat grafting to that area as well

I agree with both your points. Would a similar result be achieved with dermal fillers or botox? That way you could gauge result before committing to a long term permanent result. Plus the other benefits of less invasive, expensive etc

I suppose but I personally dont mess with fillers especially for eye area. I dont think you need to worry so much tho. Canthopexy and fat grafting are very simple procedures especially if you go to an oculoplastic specialist. You'd only get messed up if you went to a boob doctor or something like that

I really think it'd ascend your eye area alot since its already not bad. Mine is similar to yours and I plan on getting them
