Black kid pulled knife on me

25-30 % still going down from like 40 a couple months ago

I think I have a slight overbite but it’s uneven on both sides

People with good jaw development typically have good teeth, people with poor jaw development typically have bad teeth. Your jaw isn't recessed nor is it too narrow, but your teeth look crowded & crooked. Looks like you have a small palate despite having a good sized jaw.

I don't think you need any surgery, you look fine. Just need to lose weight. Maybe get invisiline or a palette expander or something to fix your teeth

I look fine yea but I wanna improve, im getting some ortho treatment for sure but might need some mandible angle implants and infra omplants

Bimax would be useless (ROI wise), for now, focus on bf.

@chrishell
I would consult with a jaw surgeon. You look like a candidate for LeFort 1 with downgraft and palatal expansion done with MSE or by segmenting the LeFort. Some surgeons may propose to mobilize the lower jaw; I can't tell without seeing scans but often times downgraft candidates need the mandible moved forward a bit and the chin set back a bit to harmonize with the new maxilla position and/or make room for any necessary rotation so do not be surprised if a surgeon brings up the lower jaw too even if your lower third looks "strong" as is. Not prescribing anything just giving you an idea of what to anticipate. Expect to need orthodontics before/after. And then a rhinoplasty. Forget jaw implants. The orbital vector does not seem bad enough(?) to merit an infra implant, I think you could get away with fat injections, though without a 3/4 view I can't confidently determine whether malar implants would help you. I think you would stand a lot to gain from these procedures. Get consulting bro! In the meantime, unfat yourself and work on your skin.

Attached pics of my 3/4th and also paransal. As for the paranasal it is way behind my premaxilla as you can see so idk if a Lefort 1 would make that relation look worse, also my infras are low set so small ones might be needed that are saddled

25% body fat and asking man drop it to at least 10-12% then consider surgery. No surgery for a fat face

Ok If I'm understanding what you're trying to say you mean that your nose base might be too set back to the point where getting a LeFort 1 will make it look more recessed? If so, yes that is a possibility and the extent to which that occurs will depend on the movements. You would have to conceptualize the (projection) rhinoplasty as a second and necessary step in any jaw surgery plan. Many surgeons can use cartilage to build up your nose base to harmonize with your new LeFort region in addition to reshaping the rest of the nose. I saw a very good result from this recently from Steinbacher where he fixed a guy whose nose looked a little too set back after their LeFort 1

Can you send the results to that? And do you think I could just get a higher lf1?

No Lf1 cut will move the nose base. No matter how high. If anything getting a higher cut LF1 will make it look even more recessed. I can't advise LF2 because there are no ethical surgeons Im aware of that do it and recent cases by Giant are a disaster. I can't share that guy's results unfortunately, but maybe if you consult Steinbacher he will show you. I know he's done a few like this. And many surgeons elsewhere too. I don't know that much about rhino surgeons.

Well my nasion is already projected decently right? My upper maxilla is not bad id say it’s averagely grown it’s just my nasal base is slightly recessed,

also I don’t even have an overbite idk why my lips are like that, it does feel like my lower maxilla is kinda protruded though. Do you think a downgraft lf1 and a projection rihno would work?
