Nothing so far, did stuff last year.

I'd like to do some more co2, 3-6 rounds of picolaser, Invisalign, canthopexy/lower bleth, ptosis repair, fat grafting and gynecomastia(with lipo around it)+body tight.

Ideally in H1 of 2026.

I might get some work done at the super secret clinic in Thailand. But generally I've always stuck to America. Honestly I'm kinda iffy about them doing ptosis repair, its a delicate procedure.

Rhino is for sure one of the procedures you need to be super picky with the surgeon. It's a very not forgiving procedure. You also need to make sure stylistically they are doing what you want, since there can be a lot of variation.

Yeah US is very good IMO, especially true if you have complications. Only issue is its generally much more expensive.

The biggiest issue really with doing it outside the US as I see it, is risk factor. Trukey for example does have some decent surgeons for rhino, counter point is they are extremely aggressive. Who knows how those things age even if/when they are aesthetically near ideal.

What happens if you need to go to the ER? Not likely but could happen. I wouldn't want a serious complication and be in a Turkish ER.

I did a consult w/ Taban for the ptosis repair last year. He's generally considered one of the best plastic-ocular surgeons in America. Bonus points he's who frank is constantly harassing. :feelskek:

if you'd count impacted wisdom teeth removal as a surgery which it is

In the next ~18 months (so not restricted to 2026 only) :

- Invisalign
- revision rhinoplasty
- genioplasty
- filler for the gonion
- zygo implants
- fat grafting to supras and undereyes
- maybe a canthopexy/bleph
- a variety of laser treatments

voice deepening surgery ... I set this one apart from the rest, because I haven't done my own research yet, and don't know if there's any actual significant risk involved. If the risk is low, I think it's an interesting procedure to consider. A deep voice is a nice halo. Mine is currently average, not deep.

I already have the money to cover every surgery listed above. So, at this point, it's mostly about doing the right procedures with the right surgeons, in the right order, at the right time.

Yeah bro voice deepening is actually slept on , mirin your plan just make sure you don't go too far. After every phase you've gotta re assess and allat

I once talked to a foid on the phone while being sick, with a deeper voice than usual ; she said "I like your voice today" ; she had never complimented it before, and never complimented it ever again :lul:
Voice definitely matters. The deepening/"masculinization" surgery is probably slept on here because we focus on visual & facial issues.

Yeah, I'll make sure to be reasonable and to skip any unnecessary or overly risky procedure.
Will try to bundle them when possible (like the oculoplastic stuff ; or genio + zygo implant).

I was kind of insecure about my voice in the past idk why, Ig because I was a squeaker as a young teen, then one girl I went on a date with said she really likes my voice lol and ever since then I haven't thought about my voice at all. Though if you just have a normal voice, there is nothing to worry about anyways. And mine is just normal.

why not just do filler in the chin too instead of genio

Did eyebrow transplant already. Planning on upper bleph + lower lid retraction repair this year at least

hows that transplant looking so far does it look similar and does it grow at the same angles as the original hairs

It initially grows then again set back to starter point cuz hair from back of the head should get used to new position, after falling out they’ll grow again. It’s been exact month after op, so they just growing steadily. Did 800 grafts. Growing in the zones where I made design with my stylist at that time

I've never been particularly worried or insecure about my voice. However, if it can be improved with little to no risk and in a matter of days after surgery, why would I pass on that ? Especially when the cost is not a huge barrier to entry (approx. $3-5K in Turkey).

If fillers can do the same job, then I will probably just do that. The less invasive the procedure, the better, of course.
I suspect a genio to be more recommended in my case because I'd like to add a bit of height, and fillers aren't really suited for that (for an explanation, search posts by @yussimania with the term "cantilever").
That said, I don't reject the idea of using fillers after genio to fine tune the chin.

I don't think facial fat grafting, within normal limits is that risky IMO. It doesn't even require that much skill. You'd have to be a complete moron to fuck it up honestly.

Very rarely the undereye area can get granulomas(skill issue) but something like vascularly occlusion from a facial fat graft is basically unheard of.

I got general facial fat grafting done, when I was doing a rhino. It improved my facial symmetry by a noticeable amount, and help mask over the undereye area. I knew I needed a bleth beforehand but this was just kind tacked on to what I was already doing.
