I've seen alot on here about the types of surgeries a guy would benefit from. Such as LL, etc. But what surgeries do you think would be most worth the money? What kind of issues are worst for us guys that can be fixed with surgery?

Bimax and chin implant. I reocmmend both though I dont think they do Bimax on you of you Have a normal bite and jaw. Get a big implant. I didn't get The biggest one. Got 6mm because I was afraid of getting bogged. Even 11mm doesnt Bogdanoff you
