OvERJet/Bite,recessed maxilla/paranasal, no zygos, short downgrown jaw, cucked gonial angle should I ropemax?

Is Orthodontics + CCW (Bimax/Genio) + infra-zygos + browridge + jaw angles implants enough?

Am I lefort 3 candidate? BSSO + Genio + Lefort 3

It's hard to say with just one profile pic, need front and 3/4. No you're not a lefort2/3 candidate, it depends on what kind of overjet you have, you might need a slight bimax in the worst case.
