I Would recommend ccw rotation with bimax and see if u still need a rhino
You are not severly recessed but i can tell from your photos your gonial angle is slightly high
Maybe zygo implants
With gonion implants
To fix ur narrow face

I Have no idea how to fix philitrum but if u get all these surgeries u would probably go past htn

he's not even reccesed jfl why he would need bimax, his philtrum is decent, and clearly he's not narrow is just lens distorsion.

lip lift (nasty scar after though)
otoplasty
anterior zygomatic implants (they would still be lateral anyways)
only a ceph can really say whether genioplasty bimax or regular maxillary augmentation is best

to be fair id go for it im planning septorhinoplasty as well (insurance covers) downtime is low and roi is crazy cost is crazy though with inusrance its 2-4k for me without 8-12k

icl im not really sure im not the best with ratings lmao but you should grow your hair out and equal out your eyebrows first also you do have strong lens distortion here

take a side profile from frankfurt plane and a perfect frontal don't jut or anything, from 2 meters away from your face to avoid lens distortion, if you're serious about surgery gotta be serious with the pics, but at least with those, you're not ugly

I think that you don't need any surgery, could get some fillers or rhino if you want to but you look very good already, you would benefit from growing your hair longer and maybe start using minox on your eyebrows because they don't look too uniform, aside from that you can chill with your current looks level, seriously delete your account and enjoy life

If you're tall then get a good physique so that face doesn't limit you from being seen as average. Try and get a beard too with monoxidil, it really does ascend.
