chin to philtrum ratio is a bit off

almond shaped eyes

bad cantal angle

low angularity

i’m pretty high bf% so im not too worried ab ang, i am currently going through orthodontic treatment they may potentially fix some of my ratios, but fixing my lips and eyes via surgery/implants will def help

ortho won’t fix basically anything unless you are getting appliances

sugery for your esr is hella risky if that’s what your talking about

you could do pdo for the eyes or a cantoplasty

as for the lips good look maybe a mouth widening sugery
