yeah i know about ccw bimax genioplasty etc, but im hesitant about it as ive heard it hardly produces good results aesthetic wise my bite is not that bad, could i camouflage with implants and fillers?

Take off your glasses, take a picture of your side, 3/4 and front and preferably your clenched teeth to get a better idea of your bite.

Bimax is not worth it unless you have a bite issue and other issues as well, your lower maxilla seems to pass your spinal nasal bone and also your glabella, genioplasty would suit you more.

Genioplasty is enough, nothing else is needed. Surgeries are for resolving major issues.
