There is no way bimax would make him worse, and bimax would ascend him 0.75-1psl point imo, that profile is brutal, it would also improve front slightly and then he can get filler or implants to reach chadlite.

yes dude get bimax before those, you'll look so much better. Lose weight first though, you look pretty fat right now, and work to improve your hyoid, that shit is brutal, there was a thread here recently that will help fix your hyoid bone

But honestly losing weight and fixing hyoid would ascend you more than bimax, bimax isn't necessary as youre not super recessed, but would bring you closer to your potential

At least I have hope. Yeah I realize that my facial structure just makes my face look like I’m fat. I do think my face has the potential to be Chadlite or close to Chad with these procedures
