Same, unless it’s botched which is rare, but bimax always ascends people at least 0.5psl from what I’ve seen, sometimes even a full 2 points.

I’d say 4psl is about right, you look much better with the facial hair too even tho the facial hair itself looks like shit, try minoxidil on it maybe. In that pic of you laying down without any facial hair you look like shit tho.

Your eye colour is a MASSIVE halo, if you could grow a beard and did some minor softmaxxes you could likely slay without surgery, I recommend you get surgery tho, bimax will ascend you by a lot and improve quality of life.

In my opinion you will need:
Bimax
Canthoplasty (Looks like you have NCT)
Jaw angle implants
Filler for more angularity
Filler or implants for zygos, not sure which would be better but your zygos are non existent which is likely what makes you look fat, zygos will make you face look less round.

Yeah I couldn’t agree more with you. My facial hair helps me while looking like trash & is the result of like 4 months of minoxidil + derma rolling believe it or not lmaoooo. Not sure about jaw angle implants or if I could just use filler for that. I’m definitely gonna get Bimax as braces did not correct my bite so I do snore heavy & have clogged airways. Bimax is definetely a no brainer. Not sure if Bimax will unhook my nose but if it doesn’t I’ll consider rhinoplasty. I’m probably gonna get the zygos filler too because like you said I have literally no zygos. Only thing I won’t consider is Canthoplasty as my girlfriend & a lot of other girls love my eyes as they are, so no issues there.

Yeah, with your eye colour cantho really isn't necessary, I have grey eyes with negative canthal tilt and that sort of has me on the edge for cantho since I already get compliments, but I know if I even had slight pct they would mog so I'm gonna get it most likely, your colour mogs grey tho so the nct isn't as big a failo for you

Btw start filling in your facial hair with eye brow filler, I used to do that and it works great, just don't do it to the point of it being noticeable
