But her chin kind of looks more pronounced and sharper? (look how it was before. Doesn't look like she needs a reduction to me. Looks weak and receded and shapeless which I imaging reduction would exacerbate??)

I'm curious how that happened. I want my chin to be more like her 'after', but I'm pretty damn sure I don't want chin 'reduction' like she apparently got! Can't quite get my head around it. Looks more like she's had jaw shaving to give her a pointier look? Dunno
