kinda over but like Upper blepharoplasty and infraorbital implants

Canthopexy will help. But it's a bit over. I don't see how blepharoplasty will help at all. There is just bone deficiencies that you can't go around. Infras or filler if recessed.

why over? your sclera show and uee are huge nerfs which you can 100% correct so why not do it? who cares if you wont have amazing eye area, the point is you will have fixed your failos

so get LERR + fat grafting, and before you do get a hertel measurement, add OD if you have proptosis, or even if you don’t and would like deepset eyes
