to be honest surgeries are pointless in your case if you look like that, youre not gonna have any problems getting girls and surgeries just put you on the risk of getting blotched and youre gl anyway

Definitely low htn no where near mtn. If you’re tall then that helps too you have a good jaw and tik tok hair so that passes you as htn in my books

im 5'9 but i always fraud 1.5 inches so im 5'10.5 im thinking of wearing higher lifts
