so i took a professional photo to avoid lens distortion of smartphones, just so that one of my eye is looking a little bigger which is not real just in the photo, please rate me and suggest me surgeries to enhance my looks

im planning under eye rejuvenation for hollowness and also buccal fat and under chin fat suction

tbh the basic ratios look fine. Blessed base. I think giant implants does surgeries to increase your pfl which would ascend you sooooo hard. Aswell as a cantho and basic zygo/jaw/chin implants and I'd get skin brightening surgery too.
