going to fix them soon, this probably caused assymetry

im on accutane and its 2nd week, i think my nose will shrink and getting hydrocortisone soon

Chin to philtrum, nose to mouth, canthal tilt, leanness are the most obvious ones. Although i don't think you should get surgery for these. You dont have any deformities worth surgery. Just leanmax, longer hair, gymmax too idk.
