What surgeries should I get?

I feel like my front profile is okay-ish, this is just a really bad angle that makes all my features look downturned. Maxilla cant be recessed, as I've had marpe, but it is flat asf though, and my chin is severely recessed. I was thinking chin implants or maybe even bimax, but that could get expensive and has a lot more risks. Any ideas?

god dude wtf was your diet or breathing like

diet was real shitty, there was like a year period where i ate only bread and meat, some days only 300 calories. i had a nasal bone injury, so i couldnt breathe trough my nose for years

are you saying breathing issue can effect height growth? I've suffered with narrow pallate and tooth extractions and hard time nose breathing when I was younger, can it effect height growth? im 5'10 and my dad is 6'2 but my plates r pretty much closed
