Thinking about Otoplasty rhino genioplasty and something to upper lip

Small lower third and chin. From side is awful I need projection and vertical a bit
 
genio would benefit you the most due to your short lower third
 
Just get an otoplasty and call it a day

tbh bro the esr is fine i think just dogsht pfl my plan is to get lean as possible and curl the lashes and better brows bsso is laughable idk why the guy said that i do want a genio tho
