I was thinking lefort1 bsso liplift canthoplasty genioplasty ccw rotation these combined make my face more compact better ratios as well as implants on the jaw and ramus if after ccw the ratios aren't ideal or doctor says they won't be genioplasty should also make my chin a lil wider that's bt it
