You're about a 5/10 in my rating. Putting a shirt on and taking human photo might help that rating a little bit. This looks like the photo they take before your cryogenesis.

Seen that too but the reduction was so subtle that I thought it wasnt vertical reduction, though I read the text and it said it was.

I'm getting vertical reduction genio with my lefort 1 too, so this result is so lifefuel lol, the only thing is that I don't want the surgeon to make my chin round.

Surgeons can split the bone segment to broaden the chin when they shorten it. Maybe you should ask about that.
